1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Routily ("the Service"), operated by Routily Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Routily provides a payment gateway platform that enables businesses to create invoices, accept payments from international clients via Stripe, and receive payouts through Binance. We act as a merchant of record for payment processing.
3. Account Registration
You must register an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
4. KYC and Identity Verification
Before receiving your first payout, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. We may require government-issued identification, proof of business registration, and other information. We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts that fail verification.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
Our fees are disclosed on our pricing page and vary by subscription plan. Stripe processing fees are passed through to your customers. We may deduct fees before remitting payouts. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Payout Hold Period
Payouts are subject to a 7-day hold period from the date of payment receipt. This hold protects against chargebacks and disputes. Early payout may be available at our discretion and may incur additional fees. We may earn interest on funds held during the hold period.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activity and to report such activity to relevant authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routily Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding obligations, including fees and chargebacks.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
